  • Resilience

    Purpose: to assist people to deal with significant workplace and/or personal changes.

  • Understanding of resilience and its importance in the workplace
  • Assist people to understand and refine their own coping mechanisms
  • Help people to consciously adapt and/or change their current coping mechanisms
  • Equip people with tools to navigate periods of change and deal with stress constructively
  • Encourage people to see and take hold of opportunities
