Integrated Organisational Change
Purpose: to guide executives, senior managers, and those responsible for change to implement it successfully
Outcomes:
- Provides change concepts, processes, techniques and tools that are repeatable over a wide range of change implementation situations
- Guides implementers to cascade accountability for the change through the organisation
- Test and develop plans that can be implemented in the workplace
- Assist implementers to build commitment to the change throughout the organisation
- Provides an understanding of the necessary change roles
- Equips people with theory and the practical application of tried and tested change approaches
Resilience
Purpose: to assist people to deal with significant workplace and/or personal changes.
Outcomes:
- Understanding of resilience and its importance in the workplace
- Assist people to understand and refine their own coping mechanisms
- Help people to consciously adapt and/or change their current coping mechanisms
- Equip people with tools to navigate periods of change and deal with stress constructively
- Encourage people to see and take hold of opportunities
