Organisational Effectiveness Assessment
We are pleased that you have decided to complete this approximately 10 minute no obligation assessment. It is intended to create awareness of a new way of viewing the organisation and what it takes to be effective in the 21st. Century.
This exercise will provide you with confirmation of your perceptions of how effective your organisation is. Once you have completed it and forwarded to us, we will send you a brief report based on your input.
This assessment is best completed by pausing for a minute to concentrate on your impressions of the organisation before answering the each of the questions with a yes or no – don’t hesitate too long for the answer (The first answer that comes to mind is the most likely to be the “correct one”).
