Rob Reiche Rob is a co-founder of Inclusivity and works with many collaborators and associates to give credibility to the name.
A man of many parts - husband, father, grandfather, colleague, advisor, friend - he has a wealth of experience and knowledge on the things that make individuals, groups and organisations work effectively.
With initial training in engineering and years of experience in management, he decided to settle outside of the corporate frame, opting rather to look in from the outside. Little did he realise that he was embarking on a long journey, a journey of study, research and the development of approaches, tools and insights into the inner workings of organisations, both local and abroad.
"It depends!": is the answer you will most often get when asked about his views on any organisational change, culture or development matter. You soon learn that this is not a cop-out, but rather an acknowledgement of the vital part played of mindsets and worldviews in dealing with the matter at hand.
Using an exploratory and integrative approach to all his work, he seeks to engage with participants and leads them to solutions and the resultant learning that the process brings. Sharing his insights and own experiences forms an essential element to his work. Here he brings together his knowledge of the technicalities of organisations and business, together with his experience of human interaction and this allows him to package neat outcomes.
He is particularly passionate about disseminating the power of Creative Engagement to the people and organisations that he works with. "By developing a mindset of offering the best of my knowledge and constantly striving to improve this, I will be able to put into practice a vision that I share with the American philosopher Wieman, that of a world committed to Creative Interchange."
